TenX FITNESS knows that one of the simplest ways to improve your tennis game, or any functional activity, is to get in better shape. Working from this premise, the videos are designed to help the 2 largest tennis playing demographics (the weekend warrior and high school athlete), achieve this goal by bridging the gap between the way we play and the way we train.

The videos will lead the viewer step by step through a heart pumping 30-45 minute IN-HOME, full body CIRCUIT to include a dynamic warm-up, resistance and balance training, movement skills, and flexibility. The workouts are safe, effective, easy to follow and FUN to do! Without a doubt, they are certain to entertain, captivate and educate.

The only equipment necessary will be BANDS, BALLS and/or BELLS (resistance bands, medicine balls and dumbbells). In other words, the workouts are designed to achieve maximal results utilizing minimal equipment in the privacy of your home with ADAM BREWER as your own private strength coach!!
